T. Rex and Rat

Spent some time today working on some black ink drawings for our neighborhood newspaper and decided to try to use them in a blip as well.. so here’s T. Rex and Rat along with some scenes from our morning walk when the sun was mostly out, abstracted.  I had the rest of the day to myself in my studio, expecting to accomplish scads of things including christmas and maybe a nap(?), but I totally lose track of time experimenting with photoshop.  (If you don’t use it, you lose it!)   At least I did finally get to some Christmas calendar (I haven’t lost it yet, fingers crossed).   All fun.


The extra is one of many Fiona drawings of her “son” Rexie…. the way she sees T. Rex. (You've seen him most recently, with his tux on,  in the Christmas Carol photo)   This one was very complicated as I had to solve all the math equations in order to use that number on the key at the top for what color to color which section.   !!
