Not dressed for it

Chicago has some wonderful wall art. As I was standing taking this, though, with the temperature -6C and the wind cutting through my multiple layers, I couldn't help thinking: they could have painted some heavier clothes (and probably shoes and thick socks) onto this poor soul!
