Cheat!

I rarely do it but today, stuck in hospital with Jamie again after another pain spike, I'm cheating by posting a picture from another day.  

Jamie was doing his physio exercises yesterday and 'got stuck' on the floor on his back because of a sudden surge of back pain.  We are hoping this will be a short stay, the consultant has arranged for a psychiatrist to make  a full assessment tomorrow as there is a cycle of pain and stress which is proving difficult to break.  We wait in hope.
