What a day...

Best laid plans n all that...

Woke up with a very stiff and painful shoulder and neck and couldn't even get up for breakfast, or to feed the cat! Still, a bit of treatment, a massage and a hot water bottle, plus some of that rather old and probably out of date medication everyone has in their bedside drawer, and I'm up! Not feeling great. Must take it easy tonight and tomorrow.
