Wild roses

Walked the dogs in the red zone today.
Haven't been there for a while, and found lots of roses surviving.
These ones are really fragrant.

Poor Banjo has had trouble with his tail. He had a cyst removed two weeks ago and it has not healed properly... in fact we found out today that the area has actually started to die off! Sounds yucky and it is. Unfortunately he has to have half his tail removed tomorrow.
Feel so sad for him , he is such a sweet dog.
I just hope he adjusts ok afterwards.
