Cardrona Lupins

There was a Croquet tournament in Wanaka today, I went to the croquet greens, and made cups of tea/coffee for the players at lunch time and afternoon tea time.  It was very hot, +26C.  

I also went to morning tea with my Photography friends, then headed up the Cardrona Valley to get a photo of these lupins.  A couple of cars also pulled over, so was able to get one of the people into my photo.  As you can see the lupins are pretty tall at the moment.  It has been a lovely warm and sunny day.  Great.
