I've been busy

When trying to update my instead-of-smart-TV-computer I received this message.  I don’t think I’ll have to translate the whole message.  But one part says something like “this could take some time”.  And it did.  No change after 30 hours.  But after 36 hours the screen turned black and I could force a restart.  Message: “Previous version will be reloaded”.  When my friends have problem with their computers they call me….
