Ice Stating

As is often the case after a busy spell, I only got out for a wander late afternoon. I decided to have a quick look at Edinburgh’s Christmas. It’s bigger than ever and less continental to boot. It is however colourful and full of blip opportunities. Unlike previous years there is only one ice rink; this year in St Andrew Square. I decided to play around with a slow shutter speed to try and show the motion of the skaters; this is my favourite shot.
