Betty & Rose are off to prison

Due to a particularly virulent strain of bird flu affecting wild birds and poultry in Europe all poultry owners in Scotland are legally obliged to bring them indoors or separate them from any contact with wild birds.

Bit of a panic as our new run is far from finished but luckily a neighbour came over and we did a temporary job for the 30 day confinement. Poor girls they're going to hate being cooped up instead of having the run of the garden.
