Norwich skyline

Layers of rooftops across Norwich, from the kitchen window of my offices on the 5th floor. On the far left, it just catches the castle, then St Peter Mancroft the giant church in the centre in front of The Forum, then the city hall on the right. So many other mixed styles of architecture in between, and quite a nice sky too.

I've had a headache all day. Dont know why. Spent lunch break in a queue for stamps. Another reason not to send cards? But felt productive at work. Its hard to know if I'm doing what is expected but as no one has said I'm not, then I'll continue in this vein.

At 4pm I received a text from an old friend, who I haven't heard from for a couple of years. It pleased me a lot. I will send a reply later to find out her goings on in the intervening months.

Was also pleased to get a new 50p for my collection that I don't have.

So in all, I've had worse days. I have rest planned for the evening. The bus home is slow, but at least I've used the time to blip...
