Blueprint

I still have all the original plans of my mother's house which was built in 1932.

I showed them to an architect recently (he must have been in his early thirties) and he said that he didn't think that he had ever actually held a Blue Print.

It's strange how words can enter the language without really understanding why they are as they are.
