Help... the Flower has Trapped Me

After a light shower of rain this morning the rest of the day was dry. It was overcast and a bit muggy.

I had my appointment with the Sportsmed doctor early in the afternoon. He said my nerves in my leg were severely inflamed. I was told that a series of Glucose Injections can relieve the inflammation. He gave me about 20 of them in my lower leg. It will take three lots of injections to see if that would work. So its wait and see.. do hope it does!

This Bumblebee was in this flower for ages .. I was beginning to wonder if he was actually stuck!
