So, to continue,  a midday meet up with the son and then back to hunt down a cottage and a ferry. Camera batteries on charge, Ed Balls new book downloaded, and a few bags of supplies gathered together. Hats, gloves, matches. Torch. Some DVDs from the charity shop. Them’s are long dark nights up where we’re offski to (actually it’s hardly north at all but no harm in a bit of bigging up, eh?).
