Town Christmas tree

Today was filled with the usual Tuesday activities, including swimming lessons for Theo after school. It was starting to get dark when we left the pool (4:15pm) and the town Christmas decorations were looking very festive all lit up, so that it what today's blip is of.

This evening I had an appointment with my friend who is training as a sports therapist. I am super flexible (not necessarily in a good way) and amongst other things, I have ridiculously dropped arches on my feet that occasionally cause leg pains. So my friend is using me as a case study for her training portfolio, and I'm getting some advise, exercises and massage to try to improve this. We'll see how it goes.
