What's Wrong with this Picture?

Does the left side look a bit blurry? Welcome to my world. 

I went to the opticians today, I go every year at about this time. It's just behind St Leonard's Clock Tower in this picture. Over the last few years I've known about a cataract on my left eye. It's annoying and makes a lot of things more difficult but apparently not bad enough for surgery. This year the optometrist said he could recommend surgery. That's great news to me, I shall be pleased to get it done.
