Carrot and fennel

Carrot and fennel, all ready for roasting, to be made into soup - and very tasty it was too!

I went to get my blood etc tests done today, in readiness for next week's cardiology appointment. I got a call this afternoon - it seems that I may have an infection so I've got to supply another sample tomorrow. Meanwhile, I'm upping the water intake. But every cloud has a silver lining - I now know that the handsfree kit on my car works!
