up early for a taxi to the airport
a 3 hour delay 
a flight to Wales
a drive to Kilgetty 
H fell sick and we called his GP then a paramedic, who then called for an ambulance
F went with him to hospital while i got food for R 
then later picked up F from the hospital as they held in H for more tests
