Where is the sun?

Driving along when I spotted this kestrel on a pole so had to brake and reverse up.:-)  It decided to fly but only to the ground so managed to grab half  a dozen shots albeit in poor light as it is very foggy here so struggled with settings and just clicked anyway.:-)
