Bring in the new

Another beautiful cold, crisp, sunny morning today.  I liked this view with steam rising from the rooftops, and with the incredibly modern 'Walkie Talkie' building looming behind the much older buildings at Bank.

Had a good day at work.  Didn't actually get much done, thanks to several meetings - one of which, this afternoon, was about the new pension scheme we're moving into.  I came away with much more understanding of it all, as well as a realisation that, despite our final salary pension closing, we've not actually done too badly.
