Why Do I Have To Wait?

Mum came back from her errands with the most awesome things! Just look at this! An Advent calendar, which she filled with amazing treats, and a big yellow cardboard box from Santa in Germany. It smelled so much like Alice that I tried to open it myself during the photo session. Mum said it was for Christmas, so she put it away in a wardrobe. Sigh. I did get to open the first small box in the Advent calendar though. There is one for every day until Christmas.

When we walked home after fika and meatball with grandma and grandpa this afternoon, we thought that the weather people who had promised snow were mistaken. Two hours later however, a ten centimetre layer of big heavy flakes was already covering the ground. We have snow again!
