Manic Monday's

Spent a good half hour trashing my bedroom this morning looking for 2 of Lucy's xmas presents that I'd hidden so well that I couldn't find them!! The other two girls stuff was wrapped up and I began to wonder if I'd have to open everything in case I'd gotten mixed up. Then I began to wonder if I'd thrown them out accidentally somehow!!
And finally I found them and the relief was immense :)

So in between wrapping the last of their presents, (I even managed to build a wooden cot for Neve's doll without the use of no more nails :)) I made more soap - looking slightly more professional than the 1st batch. Did 3 loads of washing. Made 2 jars of hot chocolate mix (layering the ingredients and topping with chocolate chips, crushed candy canes and mini marshmallows), cleaned the fish tank and made up 1 jar of milk and white chocolate hearts.
Oh..... and stuck 2 Santa figure things on the living room windows.

I'm also still in the middle of 'glossing' everywhere before I get the xmas tree etc up. Which is an absolute nightmare with the girls because they seem to have no clue what a door handle is for...... and therefore I am constantly running around with a bottle of turps!!

Have a bottle of prosecco upstairs, as a gift for someone, that I may just go and open right now......
