My goose is cooked!

Today wasn't very productive after last night's impromptu get together but still managed to cook my goose from last weekend's field trip - not only was it very tasty but I also got 2 jam jars full of fat for future potato roasting. I also made a rhubarb & coconut cake for tomorrow's Uni lunch.
