Going with the flow

Well I woke without the headache so could do what I wanted to do yesterday – go buy a Christmas tree. I stopped off at Waitrose and treated myself to food I didn’t have to make myself, sweet things and a bunch of lilies. I chatted to the lady at the checkout and felt ok. Next stop crickets for Gunther and when a little boy asked me what they were for I said they were nice and crunchy dipped in chocolate! Next stop the sawmill – there was a producer and craft fair so I wandered around but nothing grabbed me. Did find a lovely tree though so mission accomplished. I had intended taking the sheep in the field I’d passed – but they had disappeared, so stopped when something caught my eye on the way home through the lanes. A relaxed eve of good food and mindless TV and a bit of crochet. 
Now it’s Monday and I know I should make the effort and I did on initially getting up – but now my reserves are exhausted and I just can’t. Maybe the day will improve and if so I may take some photos – but  in case it doesn’t I will blip when it does. It’s just a phase and I know it will pass – so am just going to take the pressure off and recharge my batteries – forcing it is not what will help so I’m just going to go with the flow for a while x
