Christmas Caramels

Making caramels has become a holiday tradition, so that's what I spent the day doing.  Of course, the hardest part is all the taste testing that has to be done along the way!  Next I'll wrap them up and package them for gifts for my caramel-loving friends.  

I finally finished back-blipping for the last week.  My computer had a mild aneurism and I had to wait for my son to get back from his vacation in Mexico to help me fix things.  I honestly don't know how I'd ever navigate some of the problems that come up if it weren't for his help.  He has remote access to my computer so can take care of just about anything from wherever he is, but I was very hesitant to scream for help while he was enjoying the sun in Mexico.  He's always good about helping me and very patient.  Maybe I should send him a box of caramels.
