An early morning alarm get up to take Miss S to the coach pick up point left me feeling so cold that when I got back into bed, O couldn't warm up to sleep. Woke again at 8:30am to take Little Miss to football and 10 minutes before we left the house, we found out the match was cancelled. Mr S had said he would buy me a bacon sandwich at football, so bless him he took Little Miss S out instead to go and get me one!
Miss S sent me a text saying she had arrived in France and another child had contacted their mum when they were in Belgium so I was kept updated. Got the final message to say they were at the hotel and all settled in their rooms and then going down for dinner. They are in Boppard and it looks bloody lovely in all the pictures I've seen. Maybe we'll have to go back as a family.
