pain

I had my first ever visit to the Hygeniest tonight. ow ow ow!!! halfway through I decided I'm not having it done again but then found I am expected to have it done every 6 months?! not impressed! my decade of no dentist visits was a much nicer place to be!


So, I got off the bus at the uni and cut across the fields to get home which is always a lovely experience but didn't quite shake my tension headache so I watched some mindless trash tv when I got in!
