Fiezor

Wet this morning so went on a wee jaunt into Settle to look about the town, see "the worlds best charity shop" according to Fay, before dropping in to see Fay's mum in the wholefood shop.

By lunchtime the clouds were starting to clear so we decided to set out on a 8 mile walk to Fay's old house in Clapham, with Georgie too. Packed lunches on our backs, we set off up the dell, past a huge quarry and onto the limestone pavement at the top, where we (I, as I had the map) promptly got lost and had to cut across a field full of bulls to get back on track.

Really lovely walk - and Clapham was really beautiful. We had fantastic weather, and a pint in the sun before Fay's mum picked us up, back to Settle.

Trains booked for Bath, managed to work them down from £70 to £40 with some cheeky split ticketing...
