Fire and Ice

The camera club theme for this week is 'cars'. I asked D if he would help me create a fire wall around his car as it's something he's done in the past. It's a fairly easy way of creating a striking effect. He was more than happy to oblige as it meant he would get a blip out of it too and then spent the whole afternoon cleaning his car in preparation (photo #1)
It seemed like a good contrast between the 'snow' covering and the fire.
It's felt like a lazy day but Bertie has had his Christmas wash and trim and may be the subject of tomorrow's blip.
Im glad to be back inside in front of the fire and ready for the final of IACGMOOH!
