Craft Day!

I'm on vacation for the next week, so yesterday we took the kids to Michael's for the kids to pick out a craft. Marc picked out this bird house. Really I did most of the work, but he thought it was fun!

After our little craft session, we went to the movies and saw The Tale of Despereaux. It was a really cute movie and the kids did great. Didn't even have to get up 1/2 way through the movie for a potty break. I do remember now why we don't go to the movie theaters very often. $40 for the 3 of us because you have to buy popcorn and drinks and snacks while you are there. Oh, well. the both had a great time and it's a nice treat for us.

Tonight and tomorrow night will be spent wrapping gifts! Can't believe that it's only 3 more days before Christmas! I'm just glad I won't be one of those who has to venture out into the madness the next few days. I hate crowds and especially desperate crowds.
