Celebration....

..for Celia's birthday today, at an Indian restaurant in Oxted. It was dusk as we left and the window displays in some shops and lights in other restaurants were beautiful.

This morning we welcomed back our pastor after his three month sabbatical, only it was a guest service for London City Mission so Ian didn't have to preach. Very interesting to hear from our visiting speaker that the numbers of those using the men's centres in London have reduced almost by half since Brexit. Very sad to to hear that most were choosing to sleep rough so that they could send all they earned back to their families. Now even that income has gone as they are being deported.
