Yey!

Mummy hadn't forgotten to buy Katie's advent calendar, like Katie thought she might have....! And it was the light up one that she'd drooled over in M&S. Also out were our advent calendars from Granny and Grandad and her wooden tree that you add a bauble to every day. 

As well as the usual school pre-Christmas busyness, Katie had a music lesson after school. It wasn't her best, she wasn't cooperative for very much of it and there were tears. It was called off pretty swiftly. B very graciously marked it down to a tired, busy Katie but it was also largely some seven year old attitude we are dealing with. 

From B's we popped home to get changed and sorted ready for rehearsal. The girls worked really hard and did very well. Katie fell asleep on the way home. I have a feeling it was the first of many car naps she'll take travelling from the theatre.
