Leaf detail

A close up of leaf detail take at Mintyrn Abby Dorset. Walking around the wonderful gardens at Mintyrn, the giant plants near the streams inspired me. Some of them seemed truly prehistoric. Whilst it's not obvious from this photograph, the leaf was probably 1.5m in diameter. Even using an iPhone it was possible to show a lot of the detail in the plant's leaf structure. Mintyrn is a fabulous place, clearly it's owner is obsessed with the flora of South East Asia, especially Nepal and China. I highly recommend it.
