The Bernina Group

We went out ski touring with the SAC Bernina Section, which is our local group, today, and had fabulous time. We went high, the sky was blue and still, the snow varied from hard ice to soft, windblown powder and the company was fun and welcoming. Especially pleasing for me was the sight of SwissPiper back out on touring skis for the first time in years. Typically she looked like she had never been away, skiing gracefully and kick turning on the skins with smooth skill. All in all a fabulous day.
