First night of a short stay in the fabulous city of Madrid. Great hotel on Gran Via, full, vibrant city & the start of the Festival of the Crib & Navidad! I've never seen so many fabulous crib scenes before. Christmas here has a completely different focus. We've eaten, drunk, walked & visited Mercado de San Miguel, Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, Puerto del Sol ...... and we've only just arrived! What a fabulous place!
