Lunch Table

Up early this morning and cooked the meats etc for lunch.  Amanda and Mr T were coming up.  We have set aside the  1st Saturday in the month for a get together.  They arrived at 10.30 and we then walked to the shops at Alveston for their Christmas Fair.  After we got home we got the table ready for our buffet style lunch.  Everybody seemed to enjoy it and shortly after that we settled down to watch the Rugby.  After a very shaky start England came good and it was an exciting game.  We then had the lunch left overs for tea and Amanda and Mr T departed.  I think they were going to get their Christmas decs down from the loft

An update on yesterday's Father Christmas experience - he really enjoyed himself and said one of the best moments when asking what they had left out for Father Christmas last year one lad volunteered that his parents had left out two bottles of wine and then went on to say in the morning there was only half a bottle left.  Apparently a lot of titters from the parents present and one red faced parent
