THIN BLUE LINE

Inspired by Kath's recent blip, B and I headed for the reservoir today. It was fairly quiet on the birdy front, though I saw a greater spotted woodpecker as well as the usual common small fluttery things, a few fieldfares, lots of wigeon and a couple of gadwalls. And B saw a stoat. None of them were in the mood for posing. Some of them are probably somewhere in this picture.
