First timers

Jamie and Ozzy have been volunteers at the local parkrun in the past but both have never run it.

Jamie was keen to try it out and really enjoyed it.

Ozzy didn't have a choice! :-)
(when I take him running he's generally off the lead and I think he was dying to run free! But he was a good boy and will be doing it again a sometime soon!)

Ruaraidh was Support Team and did a grand job if cheering us on!! :-)
