Preparation

We have friends for dinner tomorrow, decided to try and get ahead by making pudding today. It's such a challenge trying to figure out exactly what the recipe book means by stiff peaks, it also doesn't say if you can whisk too much.... So this was my best compromise. I hope it tastes OK!
