Cromer Pier

We had a day trip to the seaside today, North Norfolk, slightly mad as it's quite a drive from here but I love the NN Coast, it just feel 'right' being there!

We packed a picnic and I found a walk in an area we don't usually visit so we started there first, Overstrand, then onto Fellbrigg Hall.  The Hall wasn't open but the walled gardens were, the extra is a picture of one of the pieces of glass artworks in the garden, really lovely.   We walked to the Church which is in the grounds of the hall, a very austere Church which is basically in the middle of a field! 

We then went into Cromer and then on to Sheringham where we had a bag of chips on the seafront.....in the dark....before heading home. 

Sometimes you just have to do these things!
