Beans

Oh was it hot here today or what? I had to go errands this morning and when I came back I was dripping. I promptly downed a litre of water. And then some more before having a lukewarm shower. The temperature in the cool part of the flat is 30°C.

So it was very pleasant to get to the doctor's air conditioned surgery this afternoon. I have, as I thought, Tinnitus. In case you don't know, this means I have a constant stream of white noise in my ears. It's loud enough that I'm aware of it all the time. It is quite (that's an understatement) annoying.

And apparently I can't get the therapy for it until it's made me utterly miserable. In that case, I'm looking forward to never having any therapy.

Hey ho, I'll go cook these beans for (part of) tonight's dinner.
