Hanging on

I saw this bird hanging on to the wall outside the kitchen window so grabbed the camera - the window is quite dirty though.

I'm hanging on to - had Blood pressure review and it is not too good. I thought having lost 1.5 stone in weight to help my arthritic foot, that would help BP too. The dreaded word statins was mentioned. Apparently I was in the safe limit but they have halved that from 20 to 10, and now I'm 2 years older she has to add 4 on. I'm not going to panic as it sounds a bit over the top. She should be deducting numbers for all the exercise I do. I said I'd think about it.
