No Regrets

Something I read (I forget what) said "you never regret going to the gym". Well I do. I didn't go to the gym, obvs, but I did go for a run, and it's brought me out in a puffy faced allergic reaction. I'm hoping its the cold weather and the pollution but I am a bit annoyed!
