What Gull ?

Spotted this unusual Gull this morning.  Have tried to identify it and think it is either a Glaucous Gull or an Iceland Gull.  Perhaps someone can help me out here.  The extra is a flock of birds which flew over head while I was taking the main shot.  I think they were Black Headed Gulls, there were so many of them on the water.
