Santa works only on Saturday and Sunday,so his place in the grotto in CT is taken by the Great Ormond Street Hospital bear . Saintsbury is supporting the Charity and customers are invited to add a 20 pence donation on their bill.It will be interesting to see how much is raised in this rather painless way
