GPS helps

A)_What is going in the photo?
a)_My photo is of a Garmin GPS unit model number nüvi 2555. This system was manufactured in 2012 in Canada. The picture was taken December 1st, 2016, at 8:15, in my parent’s house. 

B)_How is it related to a specific human geography concept from current or previous units?
b)_The photo is related to the human geography concept of The Global Positioning System concept of that was covered in chapter 1 page 14 of the APHG textbook. In summary, GPS technology uses the radio signals from a minimum of 3 geosynchronous satellites to triangulate the GPS receiver’s location with respect to the earth’s surface. The GPS unit in the photo belongs to my parents . My mom uses the GPS to find jobs, attend job interviews in other counties, and my dad uses the GPS to take his cab customers (rides) to unfamiliar destinations.

c)_The photo of the GPS device is linked to the first theme of human geography which is Location. GPS technology can help detect your absolutely location and helps guide you to your desired destination.
