One of the many hebes

I have forgotten which one this is. It could be hebe armstrongii. A bit more unusual with the long grass like fronds.Low growing plant. I don't remember ever seeing a flower on it either. Only has about a dozen.
It was good to get out with the camera and wander round the garden before the wind came up.
It is quite surprising how dry the garden is already. I checked my irrigation systems today and saw a dragonfly. Only about 2 inches long, it is the first I have ever seen.
