Thin ice....

A detour this afternoon to avoid massive delays due to road works, took us past Keston Ponds. The ice cream van wasn't there ....in fact it was pretty deserted compared to our last visit back in the summer. Really quiet and at 3pm, already with that evening glow. 

My extra shows a visitor to our phonics session this morning. He didn't join the crush to write on the big whiteboard...
