New Doll - thing

I suddenly decided to take the afternoon off and went over to Tewkesbury for a bit of a bumble in the sunshine.  Very nice it was too - all the more for not having planned it - I only decided about 10.30 and happily I work in an office where I can usually just disappear at a moments notice.  

Anyway - I found this individual in one of the charity shops - not quite sure what he's supposed to be but he's old, the fabric is disintegrating in place and he's quite neat.  I've added a quick snap to you can see more of him.
