Emergency

I had planned to drive to Bristol airport this afternoon to pick up my husband who has returned from our Canaries property. What I had not planned for was all the fog which started before I even got on the M5 and stayed with me the whole journey. There were a few gaps and I had noticed the sun setting in my rear view mirror so pulled over to take a shot. The hedgerows were very pretty in Somerset, glistening with frost. We were both due to come home today but I came back earlier to keep a hospital appointment which as it turned out, all was well.
