First run of December

An early blip from me today. It's a rare day off and so much to do, so I thought I'd get a run in early. We dropped Noo at school, ZQ gets the bus, and GravyC took me on his 'hill lover's' run. I'm not sure why he thought that was appropriate, I quite like flat and fast myself. Anyway, after 7 miles he got in his car and drove off to work, while I ran 3 miles home. It was freezing cold and icy in places. Most of our route was gritted, but as I got nearer to home the roads became quite treacherous, making it slow going at times.

I'm now about to soak my freezing self in a hot bath...
